My name is Neoshua Butler, and I love working with people who are looking to elevate and change their lives. As a therapist, I assist in the building of healthy self-esteem and self-worth, thus, assisting in the cultivation of positive relationships, whether intrapersonal (with self), romantic, or familial.

I believe that change starts with our thoughts, and once we change our thoughts our behaviors will follow suit. The ideal client is anyone who seeks to become a more capable and confident version of themselves.

I am interested in working with clients who are ready to increase and develop their emotional intelligence, People who are interested in finding new ways to recognize their own emotions, connect with others with whom they may not easily have things in common, and manage reactions to different situations which arise during our daily lives. It’s the ability to understand the people around us that helps us to better enjoy our world.
